January - March £360 p.w. School half terms are more (p.o.a.)

Late October - mid December  £350 p.w. School half-terms are more (p.o.a.)

Christmas and New Year weeks  £500 p.w.

Long weekend rates negotiable

April - mid June + October £400 p.w. ex half-terms & Easter

Easter weeks  £500 p.w.

mid June - mid July, also after first week of Sept £500 p.w.

High Season - school summer hols £725 (1 wk) or £1350 (2 wk)

BYO bed linen and towels; there are lots of duvets & pillows
